Mary Blake PlayHouse
Set in a small wooded area adjacent to the Seaside Library off of Avenue A, this small cabin has been updated within the last five years and is named in honor of SEPRD former General Manager, Mary Blake.
The cabin is used primarily as a rental space and is also home to a number of ongoing evening programs. District residents can rent the space for free up to four hours with a $10/hour rate for every hour thereafter, up to a maximum of $40. A $50 refundable deposit is required for all rentals.
