Board of Directors
The Sunset Empire Park & Recreation District Board consists of five elected members, who serve a four year term.
Board meetings are held on the third Tuesday of every month at 5:15 pm in meeting rooms 1 & 2 of the Bob Chisholm Community Center, located at 1225 Avenue A in Seaside. The meetings are open to the public and input is always encouraged. HOWEVER, during this time of COVID-19 implications, the Board is conducting their meetings via conference or video call. Information to participate in those meetings is included in the Board Packets for the corresponding meeting.

NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the SEPRD Budget Committee, County of Clatsop, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 20020 to June 30, 2021, will be held electronically. For information or to learn how to access, please visit our website.
The 2nd Meeting will take place on Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at 6pm. The purpose of the meeting is to deliberate on the proposed budget and to receive comment from the public on the budget. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may electronically appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.
