FIT N’ FAB - Monday/Wednesday/Friday 8:00 - 9:00am
This class is designed to help you develop a healthy lifestyle by performing various exercises and movements. Class focuses on balance, cardio, resistance, and chair exercises if needed.
CIRCUIT TRAINING - Monday/Wednesday/Friday - 9:00 - 10:00am
Circuit Training is a popular form of workout that targets aerobic fitness and muscular endurance simultaneously. In a circuit training class, participants work through a series of eight or more exercises for either a set time or number of reps, with little or no rest between exercises.
BODY BALL TRAINING - Tuesday/Thursday - 10:00 - 11:00am
Ball exercises are very effective at targeting core muscles, those muscles that are essential for stability and balance, along with extending your range of motion.

TABATA - Tuesday - 6:00 - 7:00pm
Tabata training is one of the most popular forms of high-intensity interval training. Tabata consists of eight rounds of ultra-high-intensity exercises in a specific 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off interval.
GET FIT! - Thursday - 6:00 - 7:00pm
GetFit! is a balanced strength and conditioning program with a proven track record, that provides a broad, general, and well-rounded level of conditioning.
DANCE FITNESS - Monday/Friday - 6:30 - 7:30am/Saturday 8:30 - 9:30am
Dance Fitness is a dance workout using primarily Latin rhythms, Hip Hop and other energetic music to create a party-like atmosphere.
YOGA - AS MEDICINE - Tuesday - 10:45 - 11:45am
This is a level 1 Amrita yoga class with influences from Ayurveda, physical therapy, neuroscience, yoga philosophy and psychology, breathing techniques and mindfulness. It emphasizes the bio-mechanics of alignment, anatomy, kinesiology, and rehabilitative processes.
YOGA - RESTORATIVE - Thursday - 5:45 - 6:45pm
Restorative yoga is a mind-body experience that increases the function of your immune, digestive and endocrine systems, aiding in naturally deeper meditative states. You will be supported by blocks, blankets, hot water bottles, eye pillows, bolsters, and sandbags.
PILATES - Tuesday/Thursday - 8:00 - 9:00am
Pilates isn’t just for fitness fanatics. It’s actually an accessible way to build strength in your core muscles for better posture, balance, and flexibility.
BARRE - Wednesday - 8:00 - 9:00am *CANCELLED until September 2019
Barre is an effective fusion style workout that borrows from Barre, Ballet and Pilates. Body-sculpting, fat burning, endurance-building, create a long, lean, strong, toned physique with a series of micro-sculpting movements for the upper body, lower body and core.

ARTHRITIS EXERCISE - Monday/Wednesday/Friday - 10:15 to 11:00am
The Arthritis Exercise Class is a research-based movement class taught by a certified instructor to increase and maintain your mobility. This class is very low-impact and has dramatically improved participant mobility and balance.
TAI CHI - Monday/Thursday - 1:00 - 2:00pm
This is an instructor led class. Improve your flexibility and strength while infusing your body with relaxation. This class focuses on a series of Tai Chi movement especially designed for individuals with limited mobility to develop core strength and balance.
QI GONG - Saturdays - 10:00 to 11:00am
A mind-body-spirit practice that improves one's mental and physical health by integrating posture, movement, breathing technique, self-massage, sound, and focused intent.
