The staff and Board of SEPRD have committed to obtaining robust support and guidance from experts during the due diligence period. Below is a list of inspection activities and contractors that have been retained to assist. Where possible, local vendors have been selected.

The Due Diligence Timeline

The following timeline DOES NOT include the requested due diligence time (as requested by the SEPRD Board of Directors). Rather, it reflects the initial timeline, as developed when the contract with Seaside School District was entered into. It is being shared to provide transparency to the array of tasks being undertaken by SEPRD staff, Board, and contractors assigned with due diligence tasks.
