Rental times are available throughout the day - 7 days a week. Preferred rental date and times must be submitted to the Aquatics Manager for approval prior to renting. Additional lifeguards are required for larger groups.

The Bob Chisholm Community Center features a 2,400 sq.ft. Main Hall, two meeting rooms that can be combined into one large room, and a small conference room complete with the latest AV equipment to make your function a success.
Completed in the fall of 2011, this multi-purpose synthetic turf field is one of only a few along the Oregon Coast. It is available for rent regularly outside of the regular high school sports season with a few select dates available during the outdoor sports seasons. Named for former park district General Manager, Mary Blake, this 1,500 sq.ft. cabin is nestled in a wooded setting just behind the Seaside Library. It is available to rent for small gatherings of 25 people or less and is free for the first four hours to district residents (see our FAQ's for residency information).
