AI CHI

Ai Chi is water-based total body strengthening and relaxing progression that combines Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Watsu techniques. It is performed standing in shoulder-deep warm water using a combination of deep breathing and slow broad movements of arms, legs and torso.



ARTHRITIS EXERCISE
The Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program is a warm-water exercise program shown to reduce pain and improve overall health. The class is suitable for all skill levels, and encourages social interaction among its participants in a friendly and supportive environment.



H2O FIT WARM
Prefer the warm water?Try this more soothing variation of H2O Fit held in our 90.5 degree learner pool. This medium-paced class focuses more on low-impact movements, stretching, toning and relaxation, while working up the same sweat in the warm pool!




YO-QUA
Yo-Qua is a low impact aquatic exercise, performing yoga poses in warm water that simultaneously develops strength and static balance, as well as increase your range of motion.




H2O FIT Deep
H2O Fit Deep takes our regular H2O Fit class one step further, or should we say one step deeper. This 55-minute class is for those aquatic fitness enthusiasts who want a full-body challenging, fast paced workout including cardio, isolated strength exercises, toning, and strengthening. This class is held primarily in the deep end of our main pool.



PI-YO-CHI
PI-YO-CHI incorporates Pilates, Yoga and Tai-Chi. It is designed to help participants improve balance, strength and cardiovascular conditioning using the waters natural resistance. Intensity level will be moderate however, beginners as well as the more experienced water fitness enthusiasts will benefit with this fun and energetic workout!



AQUA PILATES FOR CORE STRENGTH
Aqua Pilates are intense strengthening and stretching movements that require precise breathing and core muscle control. Mind-body focus in gradual methodical placement and movement uses moves from yoga, modern dance and gymnastics.



AQUA CORE
Aqua Core focuses on building core strength using a variety of core exercises including traditional water aerobics, pilates, yoga, and resistance training designed to strengthen your core and improve your balance. it is held in the shallow end of the lap pool.



AQUA TABATA
An aqua twist on the popular dry-land fitness class that uses the concept of intervals designed to work all of the muscle groups. You will enjoy a great workout while listening to some real up-tempo music in this instructor-led program.
