MINDFUL EATING WORKSHOP SERIES
January 9th - March 20th, 2019
Meets every other Wednesday at 6:00pm
at the Bob Chishom Community Center
1225 Avenue A in Seaside

Jennifer Visser, with the Healthy Hub, leads these exciting workshops that will help you break through toxic nutritional beliefs and begin to create the lasting change you have been waiting a lifetime for.

Coffee, Crafts & Conversation:  10 AM; FREE!

Arthritis Exercise:  10:15 AM; FREE!

Senior Lunch Program:  11:45 AM; $3 suggested donation for those 60 and over or $6.75 for those under 60 years of age

Pinochle:  1 PM; cost $1

Tai Chi for Better Balance:  1 PM; FREE!

Dance Fitness:  7:15AM - 8:15AM

Tuesday  

Pilates:  8:00AM - 9:00AM   

Knit, Needle, & Crochet: 10 AM 11:45 AM; FREE!

SeniorYoga as Medicine:  10:45AM - 11:45AM 

Lunch Program:  11:45 AM; $3 suggested donation for those 60 and over or $6.75 for those under 60 years of age

Tabata:  6PM-7pm

Wednesday

Arthritis Exercise:  10:15 AM; FREE!

Senior Lunch Program:  11:45 AM; $3 suggested donation for those 60 and over or $6.75 for those under 60 years of age

Bingo!:  12:30 PM; 10 cents per card/$2.40 to play all games.

Thursday
