NEW FITNESS CLASS!! CORE  (@YOUTH CENTER) WEDNESDAYS 5:45-6:30PM
CORE class provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A strong core improves all aspects of life. All moves in CORE have options, so it's challenging while offering modifications for all fitness levels. Instructor will guide your through proper technique. Target areas are torso, hip, butt, and lower back. Yoga mats encouraged and water bottle.

PI-YO (@YOUTH CENTER) T/TH 9-10AM    CANCELLED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
PI-YO combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. Get fit with this all new, low-impact workout.
Low fitness level recommended.

ARTHRITIS EXERCISE FOUNDATION (@BCCC)  M/W/F 10:15-11AM 
This class is a research-based movement class taught by a certified instructor, it is very low impact to increase and maintain your mobility.

BODY BALL TRAINING (@ SUNSET POOL FITNESS ROOM)   T/TH 10-11AM 
Stability ball training is a great way to mix up your workouts. This class helps build overall strength and conditioning, while targeting core muscles groups.

QI-GONG (@BCCC) MON 6-7PM
This ancient Chinese art heals the body by allowing the Qi to flow properly through various movements and poses. Suitable for all ages and ability levels.

TAI CHI (@BCCC)   MON 1-2PM & THURS 1-2PM
This class focuses on a series of relaxed Tai Chi movements designed for individuals with limited mobility to develop core strength and balance.

TABATA (@YOUTH CENTER) TUES 6:15-7:15PM
A popular form of high-intensity interval training. Tabata consists of eight rounds of ultra-high-intensity exercises in a specific 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off interval. These 4 minute intervals will push your body to its limit. Modifications are available for physical limitations.
Moderate fitness level required.

GET FIT (@ YOUTH CENTER)  THURS 6:15-7:15PM
This is a well rounded strength and conditioning program. This class moves at an upbeat pace with exercises varying from floor to upright.

TAE KWON-DO (@BCCC)  M/W 6-7PM -  Not part of fitness pass.Img
By practicing this martial art, students learn how to effectively defend themselves from possible harm. It helps increase mental and physical fitness by improving body coordination. Students learn patience and respect for others and themselves. 
Ages 8 - Adult

CIRCUIT TRAINING (@SUNSET POOL FITNESS ROOM)  M/W/F 9-10AM
Circuit Training targets aerobic fitness and muscular endurance simultaneously. Participants work through a series of 10 or more exercises for a set of time, with little or no rest in between. Some exercises will include equipment. Exercise Modification available. Classes vary each day to continue to challenge participants while keeping your workouts interesting!
Low fitness level recommended.

FIT N' FAB OVER 50 (@SUNSET POOL FITNESS ROOM)   M/W/F 8-9AM
This class is designed to develop a healthy lifestyle through various exercises and movements. This class is very low impact and modifications are available. Fit n' Fab is designed for people who want a lighter aerobic workout to ensure longevity and healthful aging!

YOGA-HATHA (@LIVING FIT)  M/W 9-10AM & M/W 6-7PM
This yoga class is an active vinyasa flow class with emphasis on proper alignment and technique. Start to feel your body building strength while at the same time loosening into more flexibility.

YOGA-AS MEDICINE (@BCCC)  TUES 10:45-11:45AMImg
The healing power of yoga encompasses mind, body and spirit. Its power to transform is most evident when the "medicine" is allowed to build in the practitioner's system. Restoring our being to its natural state of balance. We focus on a variety of health concerns, from back pain to anxiety and depression.

YOGA-RESTORATIVE (@BCCC)  THURS 5:45-6:45PM
Restore and nourish your body and mind to your own natural state of ease through guided meditation. In each pose your body is completely supported by blankets and pillows. This is a profound reminder of the refuge of well-being and wisdom we all carry.

ZUMBA (@ YOUTH CENTER)  M/F 6:30-7:30PM & SAT 8:30-9:30AM
Zumba Fitness combines a dance workout with a party like atmosphere, using primarily Latin rhythms made popular in a Zumba workout, but also includes Hip Hop and other types of music and dance.
Low fitness level recommended.
